Introduction: Physical, Mental, Spiritual discovery. The focus (non focus) is to bring mind, body, and spirit together as one, through physical movement, exercise, flexibility, and pushing behind "accepted, self imposed" human limitations (in these three areas). The martial arts are a "boat", to cross a sometimes turbulent sea of fear, limitation, preconceptions, to the root of the self. Once the sea is crossed, the "Martial" aspect of the art itself is deeply ingrained into the subconscious, to be used when trouble arises, not as a burdensome sack of rusty variations of some long dead concept, and not as a "set of practiced movements". Because "movement" is not "set" stationary predictable study. When it is, it is useless. This school is 90% mind/spirit, and 10% body. Yet, it is the body that will change greatly along with the mind. As mind, body, and spirit work together as one, the turbulent sea becomes still as glass, reflecting a new consciousness/strength/understanding, free of fear and limitation.
