- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my photo booth service, I have 3 packages starting at 2.5 hours up to 6 hours. For photography, I also have various packages that include the session fee and prints and my unique personal custom mobile app. The app provides digital images to be shared and shown to friends and social media, but not printed from (low res).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I at least like to chat over the phone if not in person to get a better idea of their needs and ideas. I can explain in detail what my experience is as well as any other aspects they need to know and expect for the shoot. At that time I can show some examples of previous work along with package prices. Even though I'm not afraid to try new and different shoots, I'm not always the right photographer for the job and I'll explain my limits and I'm not afraid to refer out to a fellow pro that specializes it a particular aspect. I'd rather be consistently good than occasionally bad!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to National Association of PhotoShop Professionals, Kelby One, Creative Live, Model Mayhem, and numerous others that provide learning seminars, books and trainings from leading top professionals in various fields of photography. Learning is a constant!
