FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is based on the homeowners need's and want's with their budget in mind. We strive to sell only solutions that work for you the homeowner. We offer discounts for seniors, veterans, and first responder's. We also offer all the Energy Trust of Oregon's incentives and any tax credits that my be available. All site visits and estimates are free. We pride our selves on accuracy in our bidding process, and our pricing is always based on our business model not want the other guy is charging. We know from years of experience that the price difference between us and them is usually what they're not doing and what we are doing, as we like to say if you want accurate pricing compare apples to apples and then you will be able to see why the value in Century Heating & A/C offerings is superior to the competition. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, we also offer financing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up a time that works best for your busy schedule to come out and preview your project. We find this is the only way to insure the most accurate and complete proposal is provided, and all the homeowners need's and concerns are met. We can send proposals via email or we can return for an in person visit to review the proposal with the homeowner in person. We will always follow up with you after the proposal is sent to verify that you received the bid, and to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We understand that transparency in this process is a key ingredient in gaining your trust.. We believe communicating is the key to building a trusting and lasting relationship with any current and all future customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very active with all of our factory and distributor partners. We always take advantage of any and all training opportunities when they are presented. This helps us insure we are up to date on all the latest products and technologies available in our industry We meet regularly with Energy Trust of Oregon for updates on new consumer incentives and processes. We also are required to take continuing education classes in order to keep our Business license up to date. By doing this you should feel secure in knowing all your current and long term comfort needs are being met or exceeded.
