- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is hard to have a set amount attached to as there are so many variables, i.e. travel distance, number of documents, alertness of the signer, legal attachment to the document attaching risk, etc. Insurance is paid monthly for those that carry it, this fee is tallied into my quotes and my fees and charges for all that I do. As well as continuing education, small business support entities, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, there are many webinars and online courses that can be taken to build your business and keep a strong reputation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Notary services: title document, legal documents, Powers of Attorney, senior authorized documents. I can calm seniors and make the experience less stressful for them having worked with the elderly in the medical field.
