I hired Mr. Beauchamp of Baron Management Group in the summer of 2010 to manage my personal residence due to an involuntary deployment with the US Navy. I cannot say too many great things about his professionalism, expertise, and customer service.
While in my absence, he advised, consulted, and helped my wife make very important decision in regards to our property. He quickly found qualified tenants, handled several on site emergencies with ease, and at the end of the lease held my tenants accountable for damages they incurred during their tenancy.
Mr. Beauchamp fully understands the rental market, and has the ability to maximize the rental income and safeguard his clients property.
I would highly recommend anyone needing a professional property manager to hire Baron Management Group.
