- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have some options for you; a flat rate fee or a percentage fee. There are no fees due when your home is vacant. There are no other fees involved other than a procurement fee and a monthly management fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen. Everyone has different wants and needs and plans for their situation. As many of our clients are first time landlords, we also take the time to explain what to expect in the process then explain it again as we go through it. Communication is the key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Principal Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon. My husband John is a licensed Property Manager. We take part in much continuing education, We belong to several trade organizations to keep our skills sharp and to keep up on the constant changes to our business. John was with Intel for 18 years and was in the US Navy prior to that. I was a real estate broker for many years and managed firms for three years. In 2009, I began working in the property management arena. I opened Precise PMS in 2011.
