- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clients love my 90min. Signature Facial - I have been told it's because of my attention to detail concerning product choice and the questions I ask prior to the treatment. Most clients have commented that they love that they were able to enjoy a double exfoliation or mask and were not charged extra. I mostly think that the reason for repeats is the 20min facial and decollete massage! My other specialty is brow waxing and shaping. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than my clients leaving with minimal redness - well, that and the huge grin on their faces!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you feel comfortable asking questions! A great Esthetician will never dance around a skin care concern or product question. I take great pride in taking the extra time to provide a consultation before any service. I need to know what YOU want, not want I want.
