Mark did outstanding work, paid attention to detail, and he went "above and beyond" to make things work for the look we wanted. He also put in very long hours, including some weekend work. However, he never returned to finish the job, even after texting him twice and being told he'd be here the next day. I also asked him to text or call if he could not make it....That did not happen. I would recommend his workmanship in a minute, but his dependability is a concern.
