Justin and team were professional and very thorough with talking me through everything I wanted to accomplish. I feel like I am detailed with my design ideas but he caught a few very important specifics that really made the difference. I am so happy with the job and thankful for the easy communication. I never had any question where we were with the job at any time.

Justin was fantastic. He got right back with me within 10-15 minutes after I contacted him. He texted me and asked if he could call me to chat about the refrigerator that I had a problem with. He came out the next day at the exact time we agreed on. He was super polite and kind. He is very knowledgeable and figured things out quickly. Told me the price and very reasonable. He even covers his work for a year! I will definitely call him again if we need a repair in the future. He truly was great!

Justin is responsive, effective and professional in executing his work. He not only replaced my master floor, but helped recommend better flooring to combat water intrusion. Justin was flexible in taking on additional work around the home from changing out my exterior light fixtures, upgrading my locks and super kind in removing trash that is not his out from my property. His workmanship speak for itself. I highly recommend him plus he give discounts to veterans like myself. Thank you Justin for all your hard work, we appreciate you!

Justin was really helpful, a really great handyman I especially appreciated his values of never leaving a job half done. He really does his research to best understand the project and hand and will always come with a solution. I would definitely hire him again for any other problems I have in my trailer. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
25% discount for new customers & 10% off for repeat customers on the second job. I provide bids to all my customers that includes material cost, time& labor cost & and estimated time frame to completion after performing a thorough walkthrough with the customer. I also offer the ability to provide detailed drawings of any project that requires it
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
for new projects, I will personaly come to the project location & go over the details with The customer so I can give an accurate estimate
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the trades all my life. born in a construction family, I worked for my dad since i was a teenager and then later, for larger outfits as a lead carpenter for framing, exterior finishes & interior finishes.
