- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
25% discount for new customers & 10% off for repeat customers on the second job. I provide bids to all my customers that includes material cost, time& labor cost & and estimated time frame to completion after performing a thorough walkthrough with the customer. I also offer the ability to provide detailed drawings of any project that requires it
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
for new projects, I will personaly come to the project location & go over the details with The customer so I can give an accurate estimate
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the trades all my life. born in a construction family, I worked for my dad since i was a teenager and then later, for larger outfits as a lead carpenter for framing, exterior finishes & interior finishes.
