I needed to have my satellite dish removed from the roof (2-story, 30 degree angled roof) and Carey and Jay responded quickly and completed the job within 30 minutes. They dismantled the TRIA I had to return and then took away the dish. Carey was very professional and personable and I will definitely call him for future jobs.

$80.00 hr. With a 2 hr. Minimum for Handyman work. Free estimates for larger jobs. Over 30 years experience in all phases of construction. Hundreds of satisfied customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Handyman work I schedule a time and complete the work. For larger jobs I set up a time to meet at the job site for a free estimate. Usually within a day or two I email the estimate to the homeowner. Once the estimate is approved I schedule the work and complete it in a professional and timely manner. Finishing up with a emailed invoice that can be securely paid online through QuickBooks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CCC 1 year certificate of completion in Construction Technology 1993 I worked for a developer after graduating putting up 60 plus homes a year foundations through roofing. Retired in 2022 as a Construction and Facility Maintenance Manager State of Oregon. 30 years experience in all phases of Construction from Handyman work through Commercial remodels.
