- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive, fair, and there are NO hidden fees. Transparency is of the utmost importance to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will go out to the customer's location and introduce myself. Then, we will talk about what type of services they need. After that, I will give them an estimate. If the estimate is good for the customer, then we get the job scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the landscaping industry my entire working life, minus 4 years that I was in the military. I have taken numerous college classes on the subject.
