Tera, I am terribly sorry for providing you with work that did not meet or exceed your expectations. I feel that there was a lack of communication on what was expected, for which I will take full responsibility. I was under the impression that I was there to document your daughters Quinceañera, which I had thought I did well, especially for the rates we agreed on. All of my photos are professionally edited using professional editing software which allows me to deliver consist photos throughout a set, I do not use "filters." Many of the photos were taken candidly (which was the original response I gave you when you first voiced your opinions to me) to capture the moment. The more I read your comments and reviews on other outlets, though, it seems I was mistaken and you were looking for something more posed, traditional and studio-like. This is why you see many of your photographs (outside of the posed friends/family photos) with people not looking directly at the camera. Regardless, I understand that I did not meet your expectations and I sincerely apologize. You are certainly entitled to your review and opinions. In regards to the quantity of photos... I provided 283 final photos for 3.5 hours of shooting, which I think is absolutely fair. I mentioned to you over the phone, prior to you hiring me, that for a 4 hour session (which is what you originally asked for) you would see somewhere in the range of 200-300 final photos. If you were wanting more, I wish it would have been a discussion we would have had when I mentioned it to you. Lastly, the reason I did not respond via text with any kind of explanation after you disagreed was simply because you were beginning to get personal and I did not want to engage in any kind of personal discussion with you regarding this business matter. I sincerely apologize to you, your husband and most importantly, your daughter. I believe I delivered the style and quality of work portrayed in my portfolio.
