Violin Lessons (for adults)
I have recently started to take violin lessons with Ms. Zabenova. She is knowledgeable, patient and observant. Ms. Zabenova is able to see my strengths and weaknesses. Her teaching style is clear and flexible. I am looking forward to working with her and making progress.

As a parent of a student, Ainur is very easy to work with. She tries her best to accommodate our changing needs. As for quality of instruction, my daughter's music director at school remarked on her improvement very shortly after lessons started and is satisfied with her progress since.

Violin Lessons (for children or teenagers)
Miss Ainur is an AAAAA++++ violin teacher. She is very experienced, knowledgeable and patient. A very soft spoken teacher and able to pin-point quickly where the student needs to tweak the skills on. Highly recommended her if you are looking for a violin teacher to help sharpen your child techincal skills.

I’ve been taking lessons with Ainur for only 2 months and my progress is very noticeable. She gives a lot of hints and her teaching style is friendly and professional. Great teacher, highly recommend to anyone, who wants to improve their technique fast without sacrificing the quality.

I have both of my two sons learning violin from Ainur for over two months. I can testfy boys' noticable improving trace in their play over these two months under the great help from Ainur. By tweaking their skils from basic posture, bow holding, intunation to more advanced stroking, sound characters, musicality etc., I heard a quality sound from their play I never heard before. This is especially obvious for my older son Samuel, though he had been in private lesson under other teachers for almost 7 years. In the mean time because of the quality improvement in their play, their appreciation and interest of music is also increasing. I thank Ainur sincerely for her tremendous help on my sons in their learning violin. -Gen

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I would ask a fee of $60-65 (depends on level - beginners $65) per hour, and $30-32.5 for half-hour. My pricing is sort of set but I am willing to negotiate in individual cases if asked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I do my evaluation of student's playing level, his/her goals (short-term, long-term) and make my plan to help them achieve it. I talk about my plan with them and then start teaching.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated with Masters and Doctorate in Violin Performance and Literature from prestigious Eastman School of Music in 2009. I have top education from them and I use it to fullest advantage of student.
