Every project is unique, so we provide custom quotes based on the scope of work, materials, and design preferences — no hidden fees or surprise charges. We don’t compete to be the cheapest — we focus on delivering long-term value through quality craftsmanship and durable materials. That said, we’re always happy to work within your budget and offer cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. We also offer free estimates, and for larger projects or returning clients, bundle discounts may be available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with Moxie Construction is straightforward and stress-free. Here’s what you can expect: Initial Contact & Consultation We start with a conversation to understand your vision, goals, and budget. This can be done in person, over the phone, or via video call — whatever works best for you. On-Site Visit & Assessment For most projects, we’ll schedule a site visit to assess the space, take measurements, and discuss design options or potential challenges. Customized Quote After the assessment, we’ll provide a detailed, transparent quote that outlines the scope of work, materials, timeline, and cost breakdown. Planning & Scheduling Once approved, we lock in a start date, finalize materials, and walk you through the project timeline and next steps. Construction Begins Our skilled team gets to work — always showing up on time, keeping the site clean, and keeping you informed at every stage. Final Walkthrough & Follow-Up When the project is complete, we do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
