I constantly strive to learn about the latest software and hardware products to ensure I am up to date on the technology to better serve my customers
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed technology since I was very young. I got my first PC in 1986. I love keeping up to date on the newest computer systems, especially getting 'under the hood' to discover how computers and software work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I have worked on are software installation and repair, hard disk repairs, and wireless network installations
