Hello my name is Holly
My husband and I started Rogue Valley Custom Cleaning about 6+ years ago, we are licensed, bonded and insured. We do have over 10 experience. My husband Robert and I wanted to start a cleaning service that was not only reliable and detail oriented but also trustworthy and affordable. Unlike other companies we customize according to your needs. We know that not every person needs the same thing done as another person. We do NOT set price per square footage/ bedrooms etc.. We charge For the job you need us to do. We have passed back ground checks and are both hard working and family oriented. I try to respond with in 30 min- 2 hours. I provide my own supplies and equipment so you have no need to worry about running to the store. I can provide references to help with any insecurities you may have with having someone new come into your home. I would love to hear from you.

Rogue Valley Custom Cleaning has done a great job, I hired them to come out to my house, I had just moved into a new place with very high ceilings that hadn’t been dusted in a very long time and so there were spiderwebs everywhere that were very difficult to get to. On top of that it’s a log cabin so there are lots of crevices between each log. They took their time and made sure everything was done right, and they always go out of their way to address problem issues such as calcium buildup on the faucets.
There was brown staining in the toilet from prior tenants that I thought was just from worn out paint, but I was surprised and thrilled to find out they got it cleaned off for us.
I have a two story house, and the bottom level doesn’t get used much unless I have guests, but I can tell them when it needs to be cleaned or not cleaned and they are always flexible and work well no with my specific cleaning needs.
I have kept them on for bi-weekly cleanings and everything has been great!
