We own a B&B in Ashland, OR. and called Joseph to repair a guests power window malfunction on their Jeep Cherokee. He arrived within the hour and it was immediately fixed at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this service - reliable, fast and most importantly, he knew what he was doing.Jun 11, 2011
I had the passenger side window fixed by Joe on July 20th of this year. $135. Replacement of the equipment that actually lifts the window. My cable became tangled. Because of the type of repair, I was told not to use it until Wenesday afternoon. I waited until Thursday. The replacement window worked for most of the day. That afternoon/evening, the window stopped working. I immediately called Joe to let him know and he stated on the phone that he would 100% back his work on the window but that I will have to travel back to Medford for him to do so. WHAT??? The problem with this is that his business is in Medford and I live in Bend. I had been visiting family when I used his service to get my window fixed. Now, I have paid $135 to have a window repaired which worked for one day and no way to fix it. I have had to wedge the window to keep it up and from falling down into the door. Not only that, my daughter had to suffer through the hot temperatures of the summer with no working window to cool off with. Even though this is a mobile business, I should not be required to travel the distance back to Medford to get it fixed. There should be a way for me to get it fixed here where I live and this company pay for it! I paid $135 for a bad product and it's not good business to not be able to back your service in the proper way. Joe was nice when he fixed my window. The service was quick. But the product I paid for was not a good product. I paid $135 for a replacement window with the same problem as my old one. Joe stated to me on the phone, before I agreed to meet him to fix my window, that his replacement product was better than the after market replacement product out out by the manufacturer. That remains to be seen. Not happy. Out $135. Bad product.Oct 21, 2015Mobile Power Window Repair Experts's reply
