- What types of customers have you worked with?
We cater to wedding over 90 percent of the time, but lately we have booked small business meeting from 19 people to company picnics for over 300. I was also have have been doing festivals, rodeos, calf roping events and barrel racing. We have also booked one event for the Civil War Reenactment. It has been a pretty mild summer since it hasn't show up yet but we are looking forward to getting started in July.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please ask lots of questions regarding menu items. What does it include? How long do you stay? Is an all you can eat? Can you provide an licensed alcohol server? and if so how much? Set up a tasting of the food and how is it prepared? Do you have accommodations for vegans? What time will you be arriving?
