In going with this company there were several mistakes made that I am still resolving with the State of Oregon. The biggest mistake was he said he was going to get me a new BIN number and he didn't he was using an old BIN number so I kept getting letters and calls that I wasn't turning in my paperwork when I was. Also, I drove out so he could help me with my taxes an hour and he was not there. Then when I expressed being upset that he wasn't there with his secretary he got mad at me for getting upset with her. I told her that it wasn't her, it was that I drove a long way to have to turn around and go home. Then he told me that he missed me because he was with a client he had on retainer, I get that but someone could have called me.
