- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a varied fee structure depending on the project. It may be hourly, flat fee and/or percentage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a 15-20 minute free discovery call to see if we are a good fit. If yes, we schedule either a paid in-home or virtual initial consultation of 1-2 hours depending on if you are interested in e-design or in-person design to gain further insight and details of project, discuss our process in more detail, tour the space, etc. Next, we sign general contract and finalize the budget, fees and Scope of Work Agreement. Once this is executed, I begin the design process. First you will receive a Concept Board to show you my design direction to see if we are on the right path. We will work together to zero in on your style. While I am creating your floor plan and design, you will hear from me as needed until it is time to present your design. Once your design is approved we move in whichever direction you have chosen for your project to bring it to completion.
