I arrived with what I thought was a broken wrought iron table that's been used in my family for decades. What we found, as we were trying to put together was that there was nothing broken....just user error! lol He got all the legs on securely, showed me how to set them up using a mallet and sent me on my way without letting pay him anything for his time. It was such a pleasant experience and I would recommend him for his honesty and courtesy. I was also there when another customer came in to pick a piece of machinery that has been being babied into life for some time. The other customer was very happy with the result, as was I.

Fern did an amazing job on repairing the frame of our SXS's. I would highly recommend him as the work was beautiful, the price was fair and he got me in very quickly. Can't ask for anymore than that! 5 stars all the way

I am proud of making correction decision to hire Fern for my project. Fern used to be an technical expert in navy. He spent 3 decades in his career dealing with metals for war ships that has much much higher requirements and expectation on the work quality and schedule. Fern has that. One thing I felt pity was that I underestimated the complicity of the project to fix my steel gate on its broken hinge housing. I thought it was just few quick spark of light to weld two metal together. So I spent sometime to bargain price. After Fern came in to work on my gate with his team (former coworker in navy and wife in family:-)), I realized that the project is a not just a work with welding gun, mask and hammer. It actually is more like a precision mechanical and chemistry work. I was so impressed by their creativity, problem solving, knowledge, professionalism and passion to pursue quality. They did beyond the job scope including hinge shaft and housing alignment, polishing, anti rust treatment and installation. Because they have a very good record and reputation, their schedule is fully booked. Even though, they still stopped by my house this morning to double check and tune the gate to ensure there is zero issue. I am not very satisfied by their job but also feel happy to make right decision. Cheers!

Most Professional! Immediate response! Reasonable cost! He repaired 2 broken chair bases and reinforced all 5 while we waited and watched! They're now BETTER than new! (These repairs are on underside of bases so not visible - but this is QUALITY Work - these welds are beautiful to behold!) Highly recommend - well worth the drive to Newberg!
