I'm only allowed to pick three options, but really Grace Drywall met all of the items Thumbtack lists. They are very responsive to emails/calls/messages, professional in communication and worksite (zero mess made in my house, all their equipment in my garage was kept tidy during the job, etc!), on time to both the estimate and work trip, they're all very nice guys, and I felt like they charged a very fair price too! They did both smooth and textured finish repairs in my house, and blended in with old work very nicely. I plan to have them back when I'm ready for a couple of other repairs! I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I hired Grace Drywall to put up the sheetrock walls and ceilings for a basement being finished. The total size of this project was approximately 800 sqft, and included two bedrooms, a food prep area, a long hallway, and several large closets. Due to the age of the original construction, several old beams and other artifacts needed to be worked around. In addition, the ceiling housed more than 60 round recessed can lights, making this job both technically and physically challenging. The team at Grace Drywall did not bat an eye at the difficulty and handled everything with ease. They were first able to provide assistance with insulation installation. Next, they were able to coordinate with me on calculating material quantities, getting materials delivered, county inspections, and other details ultimately culminating in the sheetrock work. Every single detail of this job was executed with perfection. Every single can light was cut out perfectly, and all structural oddities were expertly hidden. Sheetrock was installed, taped, primed, and coated with texture. The entire job was done expediently and with high regard and care for our property. The new sheetrock that the team added actually looks much better than the existing sheetrock in the finished areas. In the end, they left my new walls in pristine textured shape, and the entire place is taped and ready for primer and paint. Grace Drywall made my 1928 kitchen brand new! After demoing the plaster walls to redo all the electrical I was worried that drywall would make my kitchen look like patchwork. They went above and beyond my expectations in terms of quality of finish at a reasonable price. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
