Had to install a new power line to our hot tub. Jack's crew were on time, and immediately got to work. They asked questions when necessary, were respectful and even pointed out a leak we had in our crawl space. I appreciated their straightforward communication, work quality and they cleaned up after themselves well. Would definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely stellar experience with Jack and the crew. They were communicative, arrived when they said they would, and answered all questions thoroughly. We needed a good bit of work done (moving lights, changing lights, moving electric, adding more electric) and everything was done well, and cleaned up well once the work was done. Oh, and they even went out of the way to find different replacement led lights than the ones they brought to fit the previous cutouts better. It was such a great experience we had them out again to install new EV appropriate outlets in the garage. We would absolutely work with this team again! So pleased.

We had Electric Avenue come out for an install of a heated towel rack as well as two new outlets in our bathroom. It was hard shopping for a towel rack that had the open bar side and would be seamless in the wall without cords so sadly we were limited in our options and this meant choosing one that had a complicated install and terrible instructions but they figured it out and made it work in our space going above and beyond to also brace it with wood behind it and change it from a plug in to hardwired. The drywall area is a little rough but we knew it would involve cutting to get it in and electrical is the first phase of our bathroom reno so it'll all be patched up in the process. He worked fast and we appreciated the great communication and his ability to come out for a bid the same day and then again the following day to finish the job. Price was fair ($150/outlet and $300 towel rack install). Would hire again!

Thank you Jack for all your help with my projects. The special light kit that I had ordered for a bedroom ceiling fan turned out to be the wrong kit that was delivered. What a challenge, but Jack was able to make it work still…woohoo! I also had Jack replace a bathroom light fixture and update some outlets, and he was kind enough to replace the light in my laundry area too. I will definitely be reaching out to Jack again. It was great to meet you!
