Great guys! Was able to replace 2 toilets, a sink faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher! They even hauled away our old ones. They also fixed the water pressure from the faucet in our guest bathroom. Everything works great now. Will definitely call them back if we need any other household repairs!

My side wall had a hole in siding too high for me to reach, occasionally occupied by all kinds of squatters. Robert and his team did a great job cleaning it up and sealing the hole. Good job!

I woke up at 6am on a Sunday with my smoke alarm chirping. I had planned to be gone all day for a church convention, and had overnight guests arriving in the evening.
My ladder was buried behind a lot of other materials in my shed and the step stool I had, in the house, was not tall enough to reach the alarm. I looked on Thumbtack and called R&R Maintenance to help with the battery replacements.
R&R promptly replied (within minutes!) and agreed to get the job done as soon as I returned home in the late afternoon. They were professional, super accommodating with my time restrictions, purchased and replaced the batteries in all my smoke alarm units, and then double-tested the functionality before leaving.
I am so thankful for their quick response and turnaround time. Now my guests can sleep well tonight! I would definitely rehire R & R Maintenance! Thank you!! 👍🏼

Charge a minimum of 2 hours of my rate, and sometimes depending if its a honey do list ill charge by my hourly rate, if not it would be per project. Free estimate!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let them know my services and see if I could be of any help. Always make sure they have the right materials (if being provided) if they have any questions/concerns and always give them my input about the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the rental and residential property / apartment complex business for about 6 years and have a couple years of locksmith experience for a plus! (Certified)
