Introduction: My services can work in two ways, either I train your staff to maintain your accounting books or I can maintain your accounting books. This service can be flexible, in that, the maintenance can be monthly, quarterly or annually. With timely financial statements you can manage your business to become more profitable. You will know your net income (income less expenses) which is beneficial to knowing the health of your business and to know what decisions need to be made to increase your bottom line.
The accounting programs I have used are: QuickBooks, Sage (Peachtree), AccPac, MAS90 and Great Plains.
My specialty is implementing and maintaining accounting systems. Although I do not prepare income taxes, I work with your tax accountant to get them the information they need to prepare timely and accurate tax returns, the tax prep time is greatly reduced meaning their fee is reduced.

I can not recommend Judy highly enough. She has been doing our financials/bookkeeping for our business since 1999. Itâs always such a pleasure to work with Judy. She is the most trustworthy, and highly professional person we have ever worked with.
Judy has an extremely high work ethic--always doing an excellent job. She is such a valuable resource and asset to our business.
