He troubleshooted my running toilet and provided the pricing involved upfront. Luckily it was a simple repair and my issue has been resolved. I contacted David on a Saturday afternoon, when I discovered a leaking toilet. He replied within an hour, and we made an appointment for that Monday. He arrived on schedule, dealt with the most pressing issue, and then did a couple of relatively minor repairs to the sink and toilet in the other bathroom. He also gave me a great tip on how to improve the strength of the toilet flush -- put vinegar in the bowl, let it sit for a few hours, then scrub thoroughly to remove calcium deposits. Amazing; it worked so well! David was pleasant and professional to deal with. I’d definitely call him again.
