- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure: Working with individuals and couples on the same sheet , $95 per hour, minimum of 1.5 hours. Additional faces on the same sheet, add $9 per face Drawing from a photograph add $4 per photo Pets add $10 per pet Travel over 30 miles add $40. Payment of 50% at booking.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are both lifelong artists. Joseph got started with drawing caricatures at the age of 14. Lisa has drawn and painted portraits since she first held a pencil. We have developed a technique that melds our styles into a single one.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with special events such as fund raisers, birthday parties for children and adults, anniversary parties, corporate internal events and trade shows. We prefer to work directly with our customers to interact with them and see the special characteristics of each person's face. To draw from photos we like to have a variety of images to create a composite.
