Introduction: With 25 years of small business computer help experience, I am highly skilled in both repair, and meeting all of the small business computing needs. I also provide in-home repairs for computers, suggestions for new computers, recycling, and recovery of files on failing computers. I offer discounts for the Tigard and King City areas, as I live here. I am available by text immediately, phone within 30 minutes, and can provide in person emergency services within 4 hours. For small businesses, I support a number of small businesses, some for more than 15 years. They will provide good references. I offer full support, which includes servers, desktops, Internet networking, web sites, printers, copiers, network wiring, mobile phone support, security systems, and additional support for applications like Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, email, and medical record systems. I am HIPAA trained. I don't believe in service contracts. I charge more for complex business systems than for residential, but in some cases, the charge is the same, depending on the complexity. The first 15 minutes on the phone is always free, so you will never be charged when asking questions or requesting short tasks (like password resets). Lastly, my work is professional and skilled, but I am extremely personable and relaxed in my work. I work well with difficult people. Owners often have me work on their home computers. I am highly trusted, and work hard to keep that trust.
