- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be less expensive than other experienced attorneys. My firm strives to help you get the help you need and try to use the resources you have available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In an effort to educate the customer, I want to work through all the possible scenarios and have the client make an educated decision on which path to take. Happy clients are the best clients, and I find that taking care of all customers is a good way to make a living.
