- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not. With renovations everything is different. An onsite assessment must be made to see what the existing conditions are. I do not like change orders as much as my customers, and a thorough evaluation of the project must be made to ensure solid budget numbers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will sit down and go over what my customers envision and ask them to show me example of what look they are trying to accomplish. I ask lots of questions to figure out how the space will be used and what is most important to the customer. Once i have a good understanding of a customers need and lifestyle I will create a space that is uniquely their own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience in construction ranging from production homes, high end luxury homes, to large full service hotels. I have done it all and encountered all the problems that can arise and found solutions to them. That construction intuition comes in very handy in planning and executing any project.
