FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the Institute for Management Consultants which is a professional development organization that provides education and networking opportunities among colleagues. In addition, I regularly expose myself to books, articles, and presentations that strengthen my ability to serve.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a change agent in my nearly 30 years as a professional. I thrive in creative environments where change is afoot, and I admire people who choose to be vulnerable enough to ask for help. I want to shed some light on their path to make the journey possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I facilitate dialogue, either in group or individual settings, to identify goals, opportunities, barriers, etc., and I help my clients move further and faster than if they charted a course on their own. I also provide specific work performance improvement programs that typically involve a 360 degree assessment followed by a professional development plan and ongoing coaching that my clients work from to enhance their performance. My focus is ultimately on relationships and organizational culture as the drivers of success.
