Introduction: We are Main Street Business Brokers and counselors. We market, assist and coach sellers through the sale of their business. Our activity range is with businesses grossing between $500,000 and $5,000,000.
As we consult with each seller, we perform business appraisals, valuations, and equipment appraisals which is necessary to determine the saleability of their business. Not all businesses are ready to be sold, and we often counsel our sellers to improve certain areas and work toward increasing cash flow for 6 to 12 months. Then we evaluate their business again for readiness.
Packaging and marketing their business is critical to a successful exit. A successful exit is our sole purpose; we walk each seller through each step to closing in escrow.
