- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a Calligrapher and Illustrator I do a wide variety of creative work from simple pieces to larger work using various tools and media. Because of this, I've opted to leave the pricing in my profile blank as the template on Thumbtack doesn't reflect the variety of jobs vs. pricing that I offer. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell me what you envision! We begin with a conversation where you tell me what it is that you want and I'll take notes of your lettering details or make sketches. Typically, I'll have a few questions for you ensuring that I get all the details. We agree on a price and a timeline and then I get to work! *Depending on the complexity of the job, with illustrations/logos I generally send preliminary sketches to discuss before creating your final work.
