Of course the day the temperature creeped past 90, my AC unit stopped working. Desperate and figuring it would take weeks for an appointment, I looked up some HVAC companies and came upon Comfort Solutions. I sent a message and had a response the next business day. Jessica called from the office and was knowledgeable, polite and determined to fit me in the same week. And she did! Doug arrived exactly as promised from an advanced call, then proceeded to diagnose and fix the problem. He walked me through potential issues but didn’t try to tell me the unit had to be replaced . He replaced a part, and was thorough by testing everything else to make sure there was nothing else that had failed. Besides being very patient and personable, Doug was extremely knowledgeable and I told him that I will be using Comfort Solutions for my HVAC maintenance needs going forward! Thank you so much and will be scheduling for the next visit soon for the furnace !

Great team to work with and Mason was an amazing tech. They installed a heat pump for me a year ago and performed the yearly maintenance this year. Nothing but professional all the time!

Service repair diagnosis includes the technicians drive time and some time to diagnose the problem. Some diagnosis are more difficult and could cost a little more. There are discounts for seniors and Military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After setting up the customer in our system we will schedule them for a repair, maintenance, or FREE new equipment quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do on going factory training year around with a team of professionals.
