Alex was amazing. Super knowledgeable and really honest. So honest about this second opinion that they got our annual business. Time is one of our most important assets And I can say without a doubt that my time was very well respected with my service from One Hour Heating and A/C. I was given consistent communication around my appointment. I was also given information ahead of the day of my appointment when my service would happen and then I was also communicated with when the technician was on their way, plus when they arrived to my home. Speaking from someone that works from home and is on regular back-to-back meetings this was so helpful! It was really great to have Andy out for our maintenance He was friendly, very knowledgeable and overall the service was fantastic! Andy even was patient with our very friendly (and furry!) dog! We highly recommend One Hour Heating and A/C!

Had an amazing time at the open house bbq. The smoked chicken thighs were ridiculously good. I don't even like dark meat and I was like dang that's good chicken.

I called a few days ago with some questions about the services they offer and Rob picked up on the second ring. Incredibly helpful and amazingly articulate. He took the time to answer every question I had and explained everything as precisely as possible. I almost never leave reviews, but I wanted to give him a shout out because great customer service is seriously hard to come by. If thats how they handle their phones, I know Ill be in good hands when its time to have someone come out though hopefully that doesnt happen anytime soon lol.
