Prompt to arrive , wanted to get fireplace fixed , inspected told me everything is good and charged for cleaning, could not make the original appointment time , found additional work that they did not spot first time . Ended up paying and still having to do work on to get a fire going

Not good enough. Rescheduled twice. Technicians came late. They were in a hurry to finish the job. Workmanship is not as expected. Did not get the job done right. Clean and tune up the fireplace but it did not work after a week. Contacted them to give them chance to fix it but one technician sounds like he is blaming me. Not a good experience.
