Hired on Thumbtack

The qualities of the photos he took of me were speechless and breathtaking. I've worked with photographers in Corvallis, Taipei, Hollywood before, but his support, concentration, and mood making while shooting were the best. He gave me advise how to move around my body, which smoothly got me in the different types of mood with ease. I did not know I could look that beautiful, artistic, and moody in pictures. Not to mention, he is such a nice person that you feel comfortable staying with for a long time, and he brings you into the different types feelings, and he reflects the moments in pictures. People who want beautiful photos should have Edis as their secret photographer.

Hired on Thumbtack

Edis worked with me to capture commercial images of a couple who run a fabrication business for a corporate magazine. The timeline of the project involved photography, delivery of images and then many months later, the delivery of chosen images in hi-res format. Edis was always very prompt when responding to my emails and continued to be a pleasure to work with throughout the extended timeline of the project. We did the entire project remotely without any hiccups; I am based in Charlotte, NC. I would recommend Edis to anyone looking for commercial/business photography.

I've worked with Edis on several jobs over the past 4 years. His talent speaks for itself when you view his portfolio. Less visible is how enjoyable he is to work with. I don't particularly enjoy posing for photos, but with Edis I can relax because I enjoy him, and am confident he'll capture what I need. I've also enjoyed his global perspective and expertise-- a renaissance man. I suspect clients will enjoy working with Edis on multiple levels, as I have. The only thing lacking was more home-baked bread that he shared on our last shoot together.

Edis and I have worked together on half a dozen, full day, lifestyle shoots and each session has produced amazing images. He captures the action and the emotion I am seeking with our "unpaid" talent, which is oftentimes quite a challenge. We both bring our creative visions and Edis allows me the opportunity to discuss options. I trust his eye and judgement and I have been delighted every time. He is always on time. He is prepared for the unplanned opportunities. He is easy to work with and delivers the goods! I will continue to hire Edis as long as I am in the position of Director of Marketing.

Edis is an amazing photographer. We secured his services to help us prepare a digital photo frenzy for our annual fundraising event. He spent a month preparing the perfect photographs for what we needed (Campus beauty, students, the city, everything!) We will be working with Edis again.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Corporate, editorial, educational, industrial, people, candid shots, parties, portraits and video.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice to the costumer would be to hire a photographer who are not just hard working, but also who are honest and easy to communicate, responsible and fun, additionally to this they shoot personal fine art projects. I think these photographers are trained much better to see and understand client needs. Those photographers are going to give you a better results than you expecting. Don't try to save money and hire a cheapest photographer in town, doesn't work this way. Hire those photographers who live for photography not just for money. Best wishes and I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks. edis jurcys
