My slab foundation had multiple cracks in the 8’x20’ sun room from tree roots. I needed a concrete contractor to fill the cracks and lay a new skim coat over the entire room. Lakai was readily available that afternoon to look over the job and he settled on a reasonable price with me. He returned two days later with another worker and they did a wonderful job repairing the floor in 4 hours. Lakai was very personable, did everything he said he would do and left the job site clean. I would definitely call him for all my future concrete projects.

Lakai responded to my question pretty quick and gave me a initial rough number right away. After negation we can to a great fair price. Lakai and his brother started digging early and got the job done roughly 2 days. They replaced our old paver patio, addition excavating and poured a new one long patio. Lakai and his team did the project fast and efficient. No oversight was really needed. Just be remember to if they plan on using a large concrete truck on the day of the pour be sure to can communicate your plan to your neighbors. Lakai brother was really focused when he did the concrete finishing. Main thing is they're nice guys and do the work at an affordable price. And the fast!

Lakai and his team do an excellent job overlaying my existing patio and extending it. He is honest and incredibly respectful and took care to fix a couple of issues that cropped up after the first pour. Our patio looks great, just in time for the summer.

I have had a number of hardscape jobs done over the years. By far, Lakai concrete was the most enjoyable, professional and meticulous in to work with. They were punctual and cleaned up the project area daily. They are definitely cost effective. Next time anyone is looking for concrete work, call Lanai, you will not be disappointed.
