About this pro
They were punctual, and did reduce the price due to some aesthetic issues with the completed project. Henry and his crew were very nice. However, I had asked for very specific relief cuts to be made to create a pattern. They ended up cutting the relief lines crooked and at different distances apart. They failed to frame in the stairs square with the patio surface, so it is crooked when you look at it. The project was done in exposed aggregate, but there were pieces of concrete that were removed during the pressure washing, and were not patched back in. Also, they pressure washed the side of the steps, but then used concrete to create a stucco effect on the rest, so it looks like two different projects. Lastly, they brought in too much fill for the project, and while the removed the majority of the fill when they left, a large portion was left behind and had pieces of concrete and metal in my side gravel area and in the yard.Jul 14, 2018Verified
Henry and his team were great from start to finish. Very quick to respond to all my messages. They finished my driveway, sidewalk and driveway approach in about 4 hours and did a beautiful job. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody looking for good quality, affordable concrete flatwork.May 19, 2018Verified
