- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are serious about becoming a better musician, I offer a subscription plan where you get a 10% discount if you pay for and schedule a month of lessons at a time. Regular lessons are the best way to improve your skills! Ask about my subscription plan!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, for new students, I spend a few minutes to get to know you. I love to know what you like about drums, why you want to learn, and what some of your favorite music is. I also ask about your goals. Then, as the lessons progress, I provide you with a customized learning plan that is tailored to improve the drumming abilities you are interested in, no matter your current skill level. I recommend a specific path that is the easiest and most efficient way to achieve a goal, and always provide a logical sequence of events to make playing drum set simple, and fun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Studies from the University of Oregon and graduated cum laude. I was awarded the Most Outstanding Musician award upon graduation.
