- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer sliding scale pricing for non-profits, B-corps, and Public Benefit Corporations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a 15 minute check-in about expectations, style preferences, required shots, and any restrictions (for instance, limiting flash photography to ensure that the guest experience isn't disrupted) When the photoshoot is over, we de a 10 minute debrief for questions, feedback, and expectations for photo delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best teacher is experience. I've logged 100's of hours behind the camera and have worked with dozens of photography clients. I have a passion for the art of photography and have dedicated myself to mastering the craft.
