- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's pretty much all math. Flowers vary enormously in cost. How many of what times cost! I start at $130 for a simple yet charming bouquet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers are encouraged to send my pictures of what they want. I give them a bid. If accepted, they pay me 20% down at acceptance and the rest is due the day I order the flowers. Contract!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Flower school, 50 years in the garden, and 20 years doing this job!
