I sent a request for a quote and received a phone call from a very nice person, I believe his name was carlos. I explained my situation to him and was reassured they wld be able to help me the very next morning and gave me the quote. it was out of my price range so I thanked him and told him I just can't afford tht much. he asked what my budget so that he cld at least ask his boss if they cld help me. when the response came only 30 minutes later, I never thought it wld be a yes! they made my day tht night. the next day, I received a call from Derek, the 2nd day saver, to verify the address and give me an ETA tht was well within the 2 hour window. He arrived right on time, grab his tools and had my door unlocked in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this company to anyone that likes being treated like a person not just $$$. thank you guys so much! I will definitely be calling again if ever I am in need of a locksmith!

I hired the locksmith for a more complicated lock replacement on a sliding glass door. It was more labor intensive and required multiple trips to get the right parts so I appreciate the time and effort that went into getting it done right. Works perfectly now, happy with results and would recommend them. Standout for punctuality, communication, professionalism.
