Alohomora was not only extremely responsive to my request & follow-up questions, but, they were able to schedule with me the same day! Upon arriving on time, it became clear that what my door lock needed was WD-40. The handyman, Sergei also offered to fix my uneven lock while only charging me for the service call, not the labor, since the lock didn't need any additional work. We are so grateful to him & Alohomora for their professionalism, responsibility, work quality, value, & punctuality. I also love the name of this company, which comes from Harry Potter, &, I feel grateful to have found them! Talk about magic!

Our own keys suddenly stopped working on our front door. These guys answered quickly, and were here within an hour of the initial outreach! They fixed the lock quickly, and we were able to keep using our own set of keys! The call to come was only $25, and the lock replacement and work was $89. I would definitely recommend Alohomora if you want fast, professional and affordable service.
