FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have an introductory conversation over the phone where we talk about the client's project. Then we talk about basic expectations financially to see if it seems like it is within the client's budget. If that sounds reasonable, we then schedule a walk-through where we take initial measurements to do a more exact estimate for the client. After that, the client reviews the estimate and signs on to begin their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for over twenty years having started with helping my dad with his concrete business when I was a small child. With over twenty years of experience in various trades, I have worked on a project every step of the way, from foundations to finish.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad hired me on when I was under ten years old as a helper. I learned the basic skills of the trade and would later take on concrete work as one of my first jobs out of high school. Nearly every job I have had in my adult life was construction related.
