Update October 2025 There are a couple issue with the deck, including a loose Trex board. Richard responded immediately and proposed a date to come for the repairs. He didn't show up and didn't contact me. When I asked about rescheduling, he said perhaps a week as he needed to deconflict with another project. No problem. Now it's the end of October, the repairs are not done, and he's non-responsive. Problem. Richard was responsive to my initial inquiry. The detail of the initial bid, including a drawing of the small deck project, was the absolute best of any contractor I contacted. He worked with me on the specifics and customized the final job and cost. The finished product is exactly what I wanted, completed on time and budget.
