I had an ADU built in my son's backyard so I could be closer to family and my grandson. They worked with me every step of the way from design, to permitting and building.The result is an ADU that fits my space and needs. I love my ADU! I am so happy with the results. It's perfect and I loved working with Derrick on my project. And after the project was finished and a minor problem came up, Derrick was right back here and took care of it immediately. I highly recommend them for any project you have.

NWV is our go-to for remodels and new building for our real estate investment business. We’ve worked with Mark and his team for many years on a variety of projects. Always professional, high quality, within budget. They get the work done as promised. They built a terrific ADU for us on a 5000 square foot lot in North Portland. Didn’t hire as took follow up from me to get them to respond at all, then when they did I responded to their text immediately then had to wait another day for the person who reached out to send a text saying: “what do you want?” By FAR the most ham handed and unprofessional experience I’ve had via thumbtack.

That's why we take the time to thoroughly understand your project goals, assess the site, and develop a detailed scope of work before providing you with a personalized estimate. This ensures that you receive accurate pricing and a clear understanding of what's included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation (Phone Call): We start with a friendly phone call to get to know each other and discuss your project in detail. This conversation helps us understand your vision, needs, and initial thoughts on budget and timeline. It's a chance for you to ask questions and for us to determine if we're a good match to work together.
On-Site Assessment: If the initial consultation goes well, we'll schedule an on-site visit. This is where we can see the space firsthand, take measurements and photos, and refine the project scope together. We'll discuss materials, potential challenges, and explore different options in more detail. This visit is essential for accurate planning.
Proposal and Presentation: After the on-site visit, we'll develop a detailed proposal that includes a comprehensive estimate, a clear scope of work, and a realistic project timeline. We'll then schedule a meeting to present this proposal to you, walk you through the details, and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.
