I had an ADU built in my son's backyard so I could be closer to family and my grandson. They worked with me every step of the way from design, to permitting and building.The result is an ADU that fits my space and needs. I love my ADU! I am so happy with the results. It's perfect and I loved working with Derrick on my project. And after the project was finished and a minor problem came up, Derrick was right back here and took care of it immediately. I highly recommend them for any project you have.

As a homeowner its always hard to find to find a trustworthy and reasonably priced contractor. Derek and his team has been nothing but a gem to work with our homeremodel. From designs, to prices to communication I cant stress how easy and great its been. I would highly suggest getting a bid on anything you may need or at least just start the process by talking to him. You wont be disappointed. I think I finally found one contractor Im happy with and will continue to give my business as the projects keep piling on and as I plan to purchase my next property.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation (Phone Call): We start with a friendly phone call to get to know each other and discuss your project in detail. This conversation helps us understand your vision, needs, and initial thoughts on budget and timeline. It's a chance for you to ask questions and for us to determine if we're a good match to work together.
On-Site Assessment: If the initial consultation goes well, we'll schedule an on-site visit. This is where we can see the space firsthand, take measurements and photos, and refine the project scope together. We'll discuss materials, potential challenges, and explore different options in more detail. This visit is essential for accurate planning.
Proposal and Presentation: After the on-site visit, we'll develop a detailed proposal that includes a comprehensive estimate, a clear scope of work, and a realistic project timeline. We'll then schedule a meeting to present this proposal to you, walk you through the details, and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.
