Serhii is amazing! I 100% recommend him for any flooring project. He was very responsive and professional right from the start. He was always available to answer my questions and he walked me through the process step by step. His price was very fair for the amount of work our floors needed. He has been a pleasure to work with and our 104 year old original fir floors are gorgeous! It was a huge job, the entire 2800 sq ft house. The floors were dark and sticky and needed lots of repairs due to years of neglect and abuse. He was able to remove 2 layers of paint of our stairs as well as all the painted floors in the upstairs portion of the house. In one bathroom we ended up having to replace the original flooring with LVP after he pulled up the vinyl. He already had some and offered me a great price to install it so was a seamless job. It matches so well with the original floors that you really have to look to see it's different. One of our other contractors left a stain on the dining room floor and he came back, at no extra cost, to repair it for us. I will say it again, Serhii is amazing! He gave me exactly what I wanted: the original floors restored and protected while allowing their character and history to shine through.

I am absolutely shocked and amazed with how my floors turned out! I had no idea that my 1940s dark floors could be this beautiful. I thought that even after refinishing they would still need to be stained a dark color to hide the almost 90 year old floors - but Serhii assured me they wouldn't need anything except a top coat of polyurethane. I 100% recommend hiring Serhii. He was available same day, communicated well, and was able to work in my budget. He finished the job in less than 12 hours. You won't regret choosing him to refinish your old floors!!

Serhii was great and gave us the best price! We got three different quotes and his price came in below all of them. We advised him we were not concerned about looks at all and really just wanted a smooth floor without splinters, so my diabetic mother could walk without hurting her feet. He even came to our home 30 minutes away from my mother's home to pick up the key. He went over within 24 hours and finished the job in one day. It looks better than we hoped, and we are really happy with how communicative, fast and well-priced he was. Our floors were pretty beat up and his work is better than expected. I would highly recommend him and when we eventually redo our living room floors and pull up that carpet I will likely be calling him again!
