I cannot express the level of incredible this company is. Joe, the owner, is just unbelievably amazing!!! I was sooo indecisive and his patience with me was just what I needed. I had extensive damage to my home that needed repairs in many areas including almost 1800 square feet of hard wood flooring. He worked with me to help me pick the top notch flooring, gave me ideas, even helped me pick the final paint color I was having a hard time choosing. Once I chose the flooring and it was delivered to the house by his contractors he helped me choose the color against the flooring. And OMG! Did it turn out absolutely breathtaking. The people he had installing my flooring (company is Onyx) the guys were just the best!! Funny, kind, just no words to express the professionalism and awesomeness all around!!! Also - the tile company/guys that Joe sent to complete the tile part - top notch as well!!! And he was so kind too. Just stunning. My floors turned out just incredible.

We were very pleased with Trinity Flooring! Vinnie and Matthew helped us with different options for flooring, countertops and backsplash. The crew laid flooring for the entire house including stairs with intricate "bullnose" finish in 1.5 days and cleaned up afterwards. The crew for countertops used "state of the art" technology for accurate measurements including cutting holes for sinks.Trinity was very understanding in resolving a conflict with our change of color request for backsplash (after part of it was already installed). Their moto: "We want the customer to be happy with the end result".
